MeesyCHurch – children's service

The Church service for children will take place on April 12th at 10:00 am. 

The theme of our service will be "Easter Surprise". 

The service will be conducted primarily in English. 

As usual, we will meet in LSC - 1008 W 64th St. Indianapolis 

Easter Service

With heartfelt Easter joy, we warmly invite everyone to join us for the festive worship service on the Day of Christ’s Resurrection, Sunday, April 5, at 8:00 a.m. (The service will be held at the Latvian Community Center, 1008 W. 64th St., Indianapolis, IN 46260.) 

As is customary on feast days, the liturgy will be available in both Latvian and English, and the main points of the sermon may also be followed in English.

Palm Sunday Service

Palm Sunday Service with Holy Communion and musical program on Sunday, March 29th at 10am at the Latvian Community Center.
The church 'kokle' ensemble "Sidraba stīgas" will participate in the service.

As is customary for the holiday, the liturgy and sermon of the service will also be available in English.

Christmas Eve Worship Service

We kindly invite everyone to to our Christmas Eve Worship Service
on Wednesday, December 24, at 5:00 p.m. 
Although the entire service will be conducted in Latvian, an English version of the liturgy and a summary of the sermon will be available.

Please note: All candles during the service will be lit from the Bethlehem Peace Light, which has truly been brought to us from Bethlehem. After the service, you are welcome to take this light home with you (please bring an appropriate lantern).

We continue to gather at the Latvian Community Center (1008 W 64th St. Indianapolis).

The theme of our service will be "The Real Joy of Christmas".
The service will be conducted primarily in English.
As usual, we will meet in LSC - 1008 W 64th St. Indianapolis

Musical Ecumenical Worship Service

2nd Sunday of Advent – 

on Sunday, December 7 at 10:00am our guest – pianist Ilva Liepiņa from Latvia. 
She will perform works by classical composers (Jean Sibelius, J. S. Bach, F. Liszt) as well as music by Latvian composers (P. Barisons, J. Mediņš, J. Vītols, E. Dārziņš).

After the service, everyone is warmly invited to a festive hot lunch ($20), as well as to visit the Christmas market and raffle.

The Indianapolis Latvian School will also participate with its Christmas performance as part of the festive program.
